工作職責
1.To guide professional foreman, responsible for professional construction coordination work, detail construction plan implement, HSE and QC control and process management
管理各專業(yè)領班，負責各專業(yè)的生產協(xié)調，施工計劃安排，安全與質量控制與過程管理
2.Optimization and implementation for the detail fabrication plan, to report progress of the key activities and resolve project difficulties
具體施工方案的優(yōu)化與實施，及時匯報項目施工難點與重要節(jié)點進度，解決施工難點
3.Management and coordination for the work tools, vehicles and resources
場地布置與施工工機具，車輛與大型資源的調配與協(xié)調
4.Assist to implement the PEP, quality and the HSE plan
協(xié)助項目實施策略、項目質量計劃、項目HSE計劃等程序的實施
5.To manage and supervise the the work interface and detail work of subcontractor
分包界面協(xié)調與工作量管理，對分包商進行監(jiān)督與考核
6.Assist to identify the project change and review the change order
協(xié)助工程項目變更識別工作，審核內外部變更文件
工作要求：
1.Senior school or above
高中及以上學歷
2.Marine engineering or related major
海洋工程等相關專業(yè)。
3.Basic knowledge of steel fabrication and familiar
with project management
了解鋼結構專業(yè)相關知識，熟悉項目管理。
4.Above 10 years relevant work experience
10年及以上相關工作經驗
5. Rich site construction management and coordination experience is Preferred具有豐富的現(xiàn)場施工管理經驗
Good analysis judgment and executive ability
具有一定的分析判斷和很好的執(zhí)行能力
