項(xiàng)目管理
職位描述：
1 協(xié)助建造經(jīng)理完成模塊總裝的項(xiàng)目管理工作； Assist the Construction Manager to perform coordination of module assembly work.
2 協(xié)助建造經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)組織執(zhí)行公司所有項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)規(guī)定； Assist the Construction Manager to organize and implement all project management regulations of the company;
3 協(xié)助建造經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)與業(yè)主溝通，協(xié)調(diào)各職能部門完成相關(guān)工作任務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目制定的質(zhì)量、HSE、進(jìn)度、費(fèi)用控制目標(biāo)及其他管理目標(biāo)； Assist the Construction Manager to communicate with Client, coordinate with the functional departments to complete the relevant tasks, and achieve the quality, HSE, schedule, cost control objectives and other management objectives set by the project;
4 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)部門及各協(xié)作單位之間的工作，確保項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的完成； Responsible for coordinating the work between the production department and the cooperative units to ensure the completion of the project objectives;
5 負(fù)責(zé)圖紙、材料、總裝、安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、費(fèi)用等項(xiàng)目管理工作的協(xié)調(diào)和狀態(tài)跟蹤； Responsible for coordination and status tracking of drawings, material, assembly, HSE, quality, progress, cost and relevent actitivities.
6 負(fù)責(zé)組織編制各類模塊施工狀態(tài)報(bào)告及統(tǒng)計(jì)或者匯報(bào)工作 Responsible for projects various module construction status reports and submitting and statistical or reporting work.
7 負(fù)責(zé)組織相關(guān)部門整理、編寫各類完工文件，包括資料、圖紙、項(xiàng)目總結(jié)、任務(wù)完成情況和各類專題報(bào)告并移交；積累項(xiàng)目組織過程資產(chǎn)； Responsible for organizing relevant departments to sort out and compile all kinds of completion documents, including materials, drawings, project summary, task completion status and all kinds of special reports, and hand them over, Accumulate project organizational process assets
8 協(xié)助建造經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)變更管理工作。包括組織與業(yè)主、分包協(xié)作單位的項(xiàng)目變更談判，對內(nèi)、外部變更進(jìn)行管理控制，及時(shí)提交變更確認(rèn)，組織各相關(guān)單位洽談合同糾紛、索賠，督促進(jìn)度款的及時(shí)收取。 Assist the Construction Manager in change management. Including organizing the project change negotiation with the owner and subcontractor, managing and controlling internal and external changes, timely submitting the change confirmation, organizing the relevant units to negotiate contract disputes and claims, and urging the timely collection of progress payment.
9 完成直接上級交辦的其他工作。 Complete other work assigned by the direct leader.
任職資格：
1.大學(xué)本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above
2. 工程設(shè)計(jì)、建造和管理相關(guān)專業(yè) Major in engineering design, construction and management;
3.熟悉公司企業(yè)文化，熟悉企業(yè)管理流程、項(xiàng)目管理流程和方法，熟悉與工程相關(guān)的國內(nèi)、國際法律法規(guī)等。 Familiar with company culture, enterprise management process, project management process and methods, familiar with domestic and international laws and regulations related to engineering.
4. 8年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。大型國際項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 At least 8 years project management experience. Large international project experience is a plus.
5.具有較強(qiáng)的英語交流能力
