The BESS QCE position is focused on executing quality assurance projects for battery energy storage systems, providing technical consulting, and developing storage project execution team.

Major Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
1. Execute quality assurance projects on battery system and power control system, including factory audit (FA), in-line production monitoring (IPM), pre-shipment inspection (PSI), and factory acceptance **** (FAT), at battery cell, module assembly and pack/rack assembly factories, execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of BESS units.
2. Providing the necessary technical consulting to the commercial team (including sales and account managers) to explain CEA’s service or address special demands.
3. Develop storage project execution team as needed. Provide technical training for other team members.

Qualifications/Requirements 職位要求
1. Associate College
2. The candidate should have at least one-year experience in lithium-ion battery industry. Familiar with lithium-ion battery manufacturing processes.
3. The candidate should have knowledge and experience in quality control on lithium-ion battery production.
4. The candidate should have good communication skill.
5. The candidate should be able to execute quality assurance projects (FA, IPM, PSI, FAT) on lithium-ion battery storage system independently.
