This position is responsible for the end to end deal management of these opportunities including forecasting, contracting, booking, invoicing, issue management and delivery handoff. § Meet and exceed assigned sales target § Drive revenue by quickly and accurately quoting and fulfilling orders for our Systems services § Increase pipeline through outstanding customer services and repeat business § Collaborate with the County Field Sales teams and Oracle business partners on opportunity and account coverage § Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle systems portfolio and ACS services Job Requirements Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Strong analysis and research skills. Ability to partner across functions. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred. Extensive understanding of Support infrastructure; ability to position value of Support in competitive situations; fluent understanding of accounts; capable and ready to engage in complex customer situations with shortest notice. Routinely acts independently in solving issues and fulfilling orders for Oracle’s customers. Excellent communication/customer service and communication skills with customers.
