(1)Follows the outlined standard and procedures.遵守本部門(mén)的工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及程序;(2)Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.保持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個(gè)人衛(wèi)生及形象;(3)Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.確保正確安全的使用所有裝備、機(jī)器和工具;(4)Ensures hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the pastry including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores.保證餅房區(qū)域達(dá)到衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn),包括庫(kù)房、冷凍室、冰箱及干儲(chǔ)室的干凈、整潔;(5)Assist to receiving and inspecting of goods, checked and stored correctly.協(xié)助驗(yàn)貨收貨并正確存儲(chǔ);(6)Ensures that all the pastry equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage.保證所有的餅房設(shè)備正常工作如有問(wèn)題馬上報(bào)告;(7)Participates in on job training of subordinates.參加員工崗位培訓(xùn);
