主要職責(zé):負(fù)責(zé)曼尼通全國(guó)區(qū)域的業(yè)務(wù)拓展,建立市場(chǎng)
經(jīng)驗(yàn)背景:3-5年經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備工程機(jī)械設(shè)備相關(guān)產(chǎn)品(路面機(jī)械行業(yè)佳)/服務(wù)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)/或直接或渠道銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng),有英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)。

This position is based in Shanghai with frequent trips in the territories. Candidates in other region can be considered as well according to the profile.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
To establish the market and to increase the market share so as to aligning to the Organizational vision and growth strategy on the Manitou Products and Services assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Definition of the strategic business plan on the assigned product(s)/Services:
·To receive the assignment of product / services from the Management (MD or Sales Director) to develop the market;
·Define current key industries and related regions with la**** information including partners, key customers, market trend and related government policies;
·To research and identify strategic new business and related regions, work with sales managers & dealers to set objectives & action plans, tracks and monitors the performance to ensure target achieved;
·Co-operate with sales managers to setup and/or perfect dealer networks;
·To lead and coordinates strategic planning for middle- & long-term business vision. ·Constantly vigilant of new business opportunities.
2. Sales Development management:
·Grow himself with full knowledge of related products and applications, and ensure sales people high level product & application knowledge through training conducted by him;
·Conduct new application development and promotion, including but not limit at co-working with sales & marketing on demonstrations;
·Competition Analysis, Provides timely & accurate competitive information to head of the company;
·Participate in marketing activities including trade fairs, events and seminars; ·Participate new product launch including specifications & pricing.
EDUCATION: University graduate with a major in Business/MBA.
EXPERIENCE:
·At least 5 years of sales experience on the product(s)/Services assigned by the Management; and/or as Direct or Channel Sales management.
·Background of construction equipment, compact equipment a plus.
·Ability to plan and manage both strategic and operational levels.
·Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners. ·Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
·Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment.
·Substantial experience with a specific sales methodology, sales channel management, and services.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Outstanding leadership and management skills.
Technical business understanding.
Fluent in English required.
