Air Products is looking for experienced Gas & Chemical Technicians for a Fab Facility in Dalian, China. These individual will support the sustaining TGCM operation for a customer under Megasys contract.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Maintain and operate Gas & Chemical delivery equipment; such as: OFA/HPOFA; BA filling station; Gas cabinets, HFS, Valve Manifold Boxes, CDM, Tanks, Schumacher/Genstream system, purifiers, analyzers and scrubbers. Understand how the equipment works, identify individual components included in each assembly, and perform periodic maintenance. 操作并維護(hù)氣體和化學(xué)品輸送設(shè)備；例如：無油空氣/高壓無油空氣系統(tǒng)；呼吸器充裝站；氣柜；高流量氣體設(shè)備，閥組箱，化學(xué)品輸送單元；Schumacher/Genstream 系統(tǒng)；氣體純化器；分析儀和排放裝置。理解這些設(shè)備的工作原理，熟悉每個(gè)設(shè)備上的部件，并能執(zhí)行定期維護(hù)2. Perform daily rounds including verifying purifier, set points, recording readings, calibrating analytical equipment, completing safety surveys, monitoring inventory Gas & Chemical levels, verifying toxic Gas & Chemical monitoring operations, and cylinder handling as required. 執(zhí)行每日巡檢工作包括檢查純化器，設(shè)備的設(shè)置點(diǎn)，記錄設(shè)備的讀值，檢驗(yàn)分析儀，完成安全巡視，監(jiān)控氣體和化學(xué)品的庫存，檢驗(yàn)有毒氣體和化學(xué)品的系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控的運(yùn)行，鋼瓶操作所需要的檢查。3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Job Incumbent is expected to have 2-3 years College degree and/or above in engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, electronics, PLC expertise is required. 需要2-3年的大專以上有關(guān)工程，機(jī)械，電子，化學(xué)，PLC控制的相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)歷2. Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 1 year work experience in a similar work environment. 需要有1年以上類似的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3.
