Requirements:
1 University Degree or above, majored in Mechanical engineering or automotive engineering(機(jī)械工程或車(chē)輛工程本科畢業(yè))
2 Bachelor’s degree qualified with minimum 3 years work experience，seating or suspension experiences is highly preferred，have experience of new product design（本科畢業(yè)五年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),汽車(chē)座椅或者減震器產(chǎn)品熟悉者尤佳，有正向產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)）
3 Be able to use English to communicate technical specification in global conference call with customer（能使用英語(yǔ)召開(kāi)電話會(huì)議，完成技術(shù)討論）
4 Knowledge of stamping process and injection process（熟悉沖壓件工藝和注塑件工藝）
5 Knowledge of APQP and ECN process（熟悉APQP流程和工程更改發(fā)布流程）
6 DFMEA skill usage（有設(shè)計(jì)失效性模式分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)）
7 Work independently, solving the problem in urgent issue.（能獨(dú)立完成工作，解決緊急問(wèn)題）
8 Strong communication and coordination skills.（良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力）
9 Honest and sense of responsibility, good team work sprit. （良好的責(zé)任意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神）
Experience using Catia V5 R20 is preferred（會(huì)使用CATIA軟件者尤佳）
