Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the vegetable production, demonstration and experiment inside and outside（follow） the station;
負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)場(chǎng)內(nèi)部蔬菜生產(chǎn)，展示和研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)；跟蹤指導(dǎo)外部的生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)；
2. Responsible for labors management, Make regular plans (such as weekly plans) for all the labors, organize labors reasonably;
負(fù)責(zé)工人管理，做出日常計(jì)劃，合理安排工人勞動(dòng)；
3. Report timely for any emergency in crops and labors management and finish routine monthly report.
及時(shí)匯報(bào)作物栽培和工人管理中的不正常情況，并按時(shí)完成月報(bào)。
Requirement:
1. At least with bachelor‘s degree majored in agriculture, agronomy, vegetable etc.
農(nóng)學(xué)、蔬菜、園藝等專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。  
2. Experience in vegetable production and/or experimentation; with technical ability, technical knowledge and understanding.
具有蔬菜生產(chǎn)、試驗(yàn)方面的知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技能。
3. Experience with greenhouse crops in North China (Tomato, pepper, eggplant, cucumber, squash…). 
具有華北地區(qū)蔬菜（如西紅柿、辣椒、茄子、黃瓜、南瓜等）大棚種植經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4. Respect confidentiality, willing to dedicate to agriculture industry, loyal and honest, self discipline, autonomy, organization.
誠(chéng)實(shí)、自律，有志于農(nóng)業(yè)工作。
5. Aptitude to work in an international company (computer operating, reporting, English communication skills etc)
要求具有一定的英語(yǔ)溝通、計(jì)算機(jī)操作能力，可適應(yīng)外企工作環(huán)境。
6. Willing to work in a farm.
樂(lè)于農(nóng)場(chǎng)環(huán)境中工作。
